We stayed at this lovely hotel with our three dogs and enjoyed the convenient location near Ben Yehuda Street. The warm Israeli breakfast was perfect after a busy day exploring. The staff, especially Firas, went out of his way to accommodate us.
In my wife's opinion, a better play area would enhance the experience for families.

Hotel staff is very polite and attentive. I would also point out the good musical taste of the hotel management. Jazz for breakfast is nice
Breakfast menu is very poor. Instant drinks are a little bit demotivating

Helpful staff, excellent breakfast, clean room.
Personally I could do without the crack down the middle of the bed.

The location is great, right in the center of 'new Jerusalem' with shops and bars around. Room is pretty good and people are friendly.I always like it when there is coffee and thee at the room.
Breakfast is reasonable, but not very good compared to other Israeli breakfasts.

The room was pretty comfy and well-maintained. I loved that there were plenty of outlets to charge our devices. It had a nice window that opened up to a quiet residential area. The bathroom was clean, and everything worked fine. It felt cozy and had a good vibe. Just a couple of minor things-there was some old fruit at breakfast someone didn't like, but that didn't bother me much. A solid stay!

Excellent location
Bathrooms are small and had mold. Food selection is very limited. Some members of the staff are not friendly.

The staff were informative and absolutely perfect and knew the area. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and each beautiful room had a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment and satellite television. The breakfast was good and adequate with baked potatoes and the roasted peppers, as for instance, and the restaurant was average!
